How will you explain your "Stay At Home Mom" Job in an Interview ?
It’s not easy to return to the workforce after you’ve taken time off.
If you’ve been out of the workforce raising a family, how will you talk about your career break during an interview?
Here is the answer to that specific question:
We, as a family, decided that my primary role for a few years was to raise our children.
Teaching and guiding 'N'(Number of kids) young children and running our household has been chaotic but a very rewarding experience.
As a mother, I have learned to balance many daily duties, multi-tasking while schooling my children to be respectful and happy children.
It can be overwhelming at times, but the rewards are many when you see how your children grow into good human beings. I am very proud of this.
My children are school aged now, so I’m in a position to refocus on my career.
· I’m looking forward to utilizing my previous work experience along with learning new skills and methodologies to excel my value to the company I work for.
